How much does a website
cost?
We have two products to fit your needs. We have websites for
$2.99 per day and mini-sites for $1.99 per day. Both are based
on a two year contract.
Do I need a computer to get
a website?
No, but you may wish to have a computer to see your
website, to receive e-mail and possibly on-line orders.
How do I access my website?
You will need the services of a local internet service
provider. This service is generally about $20 per month for
unlimited access via standard telephone lines and a modem.
Who will see my website?
Anyone, anywhere in the world, with access to the World
Wide Web, will be able to see your site.
How will I know if people
are accessing my website?
Wildwood Webworks provides a quarterly Access
Report for your website which gives the URL or address of the user
accessing your website, the date of the access, and the number of times
the user accessed your website. This service is provided at no
additional charge.
How will a website help a
small to medium sized business?
A website will help your business or department by
providing information to your customers and vendors, providing
inexpensive advertising, replacing informational requests, and reducing
phone and mail costs. A website also projects a progressive image
for your company.
How will customers find my
website?
You can put your site address on your advertising or other
printed materials and we will index your site on popular search engines
under the keywords you specify. A search engine is an Internet
service used to locate and search for sites by entering words or phrases.
How do I get my site first on
the search engines lists?
We use a search engine placement program in order to register your
site with many popular search engines. Although clients have
experienced high rankings on many of their keywords, there is no
guarantee of high placement.
Can I remove my web page at
any time from the Internet?
Yes, but it may take time to remove references from search
engines.
Do I need to
register a domain name?
Yes. We will do this for you. Registration
charges apply.
Do I automatically get
e-mail with my web page?
An e-mail address is included with your website. This will
allow you to receive incoming mail. If you wish to send e-mail, use
the mail facility of your ISP (access provider).
How much does it cost to
make changes to my website?
Free monthly changes (up to 10% of the website)
are included in our contract price.. Changes to more than 10%
of the website content cost $50 per hour.
